In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to integrate with GetResponse using PayKickstart’s API integration.
Note:
First, contact a GR360 representative to find out which API URL you should be using. It will be either…
Step 1: Access the Configure → Integrations section
Step 1: Access the Configure → Integrations section
In your PayKickstart account, go to Configure → Integrations.

First, you’ll need to integrate on your main integration page.
Inside the Integrations menu, make sure to click on the Available tab.
Then find the Autoresponders category in the filter, and scroll down to locate GetResponse360.
You can also search for GetResponse360 directly within the Search field:

Enable GetResponse360 by clicking the toggle switch.
Step 2: Adding the API Key and Authorizing the GetResponse360 integration
Step 2: Adding the API Key and Authorizing the GetResponse360 integration
Enter your GetResponse360 Account name, API URL, API Domain, and API key, and click Connect.

Step 3: Creating an Automation Trigger for your Product(s)
Step 3: Creating an Automation Trigger for your Product(s)
After connecting your account, you must set up a Trigger to tell PayKickstart when to send customer information to GetResponse360.
In the PayKickstart dashboard, go to Configure and select Triggers →
https://app.paykickstart.com/vendor/configure/triggers

Click the + New Trigger button to create a new rule.

Configure the Trigger settings as follows:
Status:
First, toggle the switch at the top to make the trigger ACTIVE.Trigger Name:
Give your trigger a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later
(e.g., "Product 1 - New Sale to GetResponse360").
Select Event(s):
Choose the event that will fire this trigger.
For adding new customers, New sale is the most common choice.
Please note:
Available event options will show clearly only after saving your first trigger.
We recommend choosing the New Sale event when setting up the integration for the first time as it would trigger with any new transaction that is created for the product.
For GetResponse360, the currently available and supported events are:
New Sale - triggers when a new transaction is created for the product
New Trial - triggers when a new trial is started for the product
Refund - triggers when a refund is issued to the customer, for the specific product
Subscription Cancellation - triggers when a Subscription is cancelled, for the product
Pending Cancellation - triggers when choosing to cancel the subscription at the end of the billing period, instead of immediately
Cart Abandonment - triggers 15 minutes after the checkout page has been abandoned
Subscription Changed - triggers whenever the subscription’s plan has been changed to a different one
IF Condition (The Rule):
This defines the variable that must be included for the trigger to run.
Important: The IF condition must be set to a Product, for the integration to function.

Best Practice Use Case:
We recommend creating a separate trigger for each product.
This makes it easier to manage and troubleshoot specific product integrations if needed, rather than having 1 trigger where all products are selected.
THEN Action (The Result):
This defines what will happen when the IF condition is met.
Please ensure that you have your Lists and Tags created in your GetResponse360 account.

Set the THEN action to: add customer to Email Marketing service.
Service: Select GetResponse360 from the dropdown.
Account: Choose the GetResponse360 account you connected in your Integrations section.
Select List: Choose the specific GetResponse360 list where you want to add the customer.
Add Tag: Select a Tag, or multiple Tags you want to apply to the customer in GetResponse360 (e.g.,
new customer,subscribed customer, etc.)
Once you have configured the rule, click the Update Trigger button to save your automation.
Now, when a customer purchases your main offer product, they’ll automatically be added to this GetResponse360 list that you’ve chosen.
Then…
Step 1: Log into your PayKickstart App
Step 2: In your Vendor Dashboard, click on Configure and select ‘Integrations’.
Step 3:
First, you’ll need to integrate on your main integration page. To do so, click on ‘Auto Responder’ at the top of this page, then, Click ‘Add an Email Integration’.

Step 4: Choose ‘GetResponse 360’ on the dropdown menu for ‘Email Services Available’.
Step 5: Log in to your GetResponse 360 account.
You can find your API key under Menu > Integrations and API:

Step 6: Enter your API URL provided by your account manager, and the Domain URL that your GR360 installation is at (where you login).
Step 7: Once you’ve connected, you’ll need to go to ‘Campaigns’ on the left sidebar of your dashboard. Here, you’ll see your campaigns listed. Choose the PRODUCT that you want to integrate Get Response with and select “edit product settings“.

Step 8: In the Product settings, select Step 3 (Integrations) to open up your integrations information.

Step 9: In the product settings(integration section), please enable the email integration field and the action triggers you want to use for the product.

Step 10: If you’ve correctly integrated with the main area (steps 1-6 in this tutorial), then you can now select ‘GetResponse’ in the Email Integrations.
Choose ‘GetResponse’ as your email service.
Select your account under ‘Accounts’
Select the list you want for this campaign under ‘lists’.
Select ‘tags’ you want to add based on the customer action the integration is set up to trigger for
*NOTE: You may have a list for every one of your products, so you’d want to choose the list associated with the product in this particular campaign.
*Note: Vendors can pass custom checkout fields they have added to their checkout pages, to their email auto-responder (as long as the email service supports it).
Step 11: Once you have finished editing the settings, click “Save” and your product is ready to add users to your GetResponse mail lists.

Now, when a customer purchases your main offer product, they’ll automatically be added to this Get Response list that you’ve chosen.
