Effectively managing your affiliates is key to maximizing the success of your affiliate program. In this guide, you'll learn how to view and manage your affiliates, as well as how to monitor performance, set commission structures, and manage payments.
Step 1: Selecting the Affiliate
Step 1: Selecting the Affiliate
Go to the Affiliates page of your PayKickstart vendor account.

From here, you can view all of your affiliates.

Filter, sort, or search for specific affiliates that you would like to manage.
Step 2: Managing the Affiliate’s Profile
Step 2: Managing the Affiliate’s Profile
To view the Affiliate’s profile, click on the Options icon and select Profile. From here, you can do various actions on a per-affiliate basis.

(All Steps Below are Optional)
In the Affiliate’s profile, you can use the Toggle switch to update the Affiliate’s status. By default, it is set to Active. You can click the switch to Ban the affiliate.
When you ban an affiliate, the system automatically checks for pending commissions and handles the denial process for you.

You can set the Deny, Approve, or Set the Payout Type for a specific affiliate in these drop-down selections.

Access the Affiliate’s links in this section.

Manually add a second-tier affiliate.

Add a commission override for the Affiliate.

Request a Tax form. Each affiliate is asked to submit their tax form prior to promoting a product. You can download submitted W9/W8-BEN tax forms here. Or if you are still waiting for an affiliate’s tax form, you can send an automated request that will be emailed to the affiliate under the Profile section, as shown below.
