KAJABI’s API is now Deprecated, and our integration is a best-effort attempt with their system.

Due to Kajabi’s API being deprecated, we can only offer minimal support with the Kajabi integration.

We recommend using the Zapier connection with Kajabi instead of the native integration.

Zapier integration with Kajabi (Recommended)

Native integration with Kajabi (NOT Recommended- Kajabi API is Outdated)

After you save the integration settings for the product, the customer will receive login access to the membership platform after purchase.

If the purchase is related to a subscription, access to the membership would be controlled automatically by the customer’s subscription status in PayKickstart.
