Adding Email Swipes for Affiliates

You can easily add marketing material for your affiliates to use when promoting your products.

To add Email Swipe copies that will be automatically embedded with your affiliates’ links when they log in to their affiliate area, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Affiliates → Marketing → to open the Email Swipes Section

In your PayKickstart account go to Affiliate > Marketing.

The Email Swipes section will already be pre-selected:

Step 2: Create a New Email Swipe

Create a new Email Swipe by clicking on + Create Your First Email Swipe

Or, if you already have existing banners, click on the + New Email Swipe option in the top right corner.

Step 3: Customize Your Email Swipe

Select the relevant Campaign.

Then, the related Funnel(s), and add a Campaign Title that describes your banner.

Enter the Subject in the SBJ field, and the body of the email in the Body field of the user interface for creating the email swipe.

Make sure to use the Insert Shortcodes option to replace and pull any details such as their Affiliate Tracking Link, First Name, Last Name, or your own support email. a

This way, your affiliates will be able to quickly copy the subject, and body.

More about each selection option can be found below:

→ Select Campaign:
Choose the relevant Campaign related to the Email Swipe and Affiliate program.

→ Select Funnels:
Select the relevant Funnels affiliates would choose to view the Email Swipes for.

→ Campaign Title:
Enter a Subject in the SBJ field that affiliates will be able to copy.
Then write out the body text and use the Shortcodes option for dynamically replace data.

→ Email Text:
Create an email copy that your affiliates will be able to see and use for sending out their own marketing materials to their own email lists.

→ Notes:

Add notes your affiliates would see related to this email swipe copy.

Your Email Swipe is now uploaded and ready for your Affiliates to use!

If you wish to add more Email Swipes, simply click on +New Email Swipe and repeat the same steps.

The affiliates will now have this copy available in their Affiliate → Marketing section of their own account.
