Option to switch back to the old dashboard theme or a high-contrast version

The new dashboard theme is difficult to read due to its color scheme. I would like to have an option to either switch back to the old theme or have a version with better color contrast for readability.

Allow Customization of Payment Option Styling (e.g., PayPal Logo Size)

As a vendor, I would like to have more control over the styling of the payment options on my checkout page. Specifically, I want the ability to increase the size of the PayPal logo to make it more prominent for my customers. This would help improve the visual hierarchy and potentially guide customers towards preferred payment methods.

Custom Labels for Commission Tiers

As a vendor, I would like to be able to apply custom labels or names to different commission tiers beyond their standard designations (e.g., "Gold Tier," "Silver Tier") for better organization and clarity in managing my affiliate programs. Technical Details: The current system allows for 1st and 2nd tier commissions, unique commissions for trial conversions, and individual affiliate overrides. The request is to add a field for a custom label/name for each commission tier that can be displayed in the vendor dashboard and potentially in affiliate reporting.

Subscription Rules for One-Time Purchase Products

I want to be able to add subscription rules to one-time purchase products. Specifically, I need the ability to automatically cancel a customer's existing subscription when they "upgrade" or purchase a one-time product. Currently, these rules are only available for recurring products, which prevents us from automating the cancellation of a previous subscription when a customer moves to a one-time purchase model.

Add "Trial Cancelled" event trigger for email integrations (ActiveCampaign)

I want to have a "Trial Cancelled" event trigger for email service integrations like ActiveCampaign. Currently, there is no specific trigger for when a trial is cancelled, only generic subscription cancellations. This is important for segmenting users who cancel during a trial versus those who cancel a paid subscription, allowing for more targeted follow-up automations.

MCP Server for API and Documentation

I want an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for the PayKickstart API and documentation so that I can make it available to our code process using Cursor and Agents. This would help us integrate PayKickstart more efficiently into our development workflow.

Allow customers use to + alias in their emails when making a purchase.

Currently the customer cannot use the email alias notation. It would be great if we could choose to enable this for the campaign/product - by default not allowing the alias.

Direct Notification for Delinquent Subscriptions

As a user, I would like to receive a direct notification when a subscription first becomes delinquent. This would help me stay on top of failed payments and take action more quickly. It would be helpful to get an email or a push notification as soon as a subscription enters a delinquent state.

Fixed Discount Coupons not applying with automatic currency conversion

As a vendor, I've observed that fixed discount coupons only apply the discount in USD. When PayKickstart automatically changes the currency on the checkout page to the customer's local currency, the coupon does not have any effect unless the customer manually switches back to USD. I want coupons to apply correctly regardless of the currency automatically converted on the checkout page.

Enable ZIP Code Only Collection Without Full Billing Address

I want to be able to collect only the ZIP code at checkout without requiring customers to fill out the entire billing address (street, city, state, country). This would be useful for embedded checkouts where we need ZIP code data for analytics or shipping estimates but don't want to add friction by requiring all billing address fields. It's important because it would streamline the checkout process and reduce form abandonment while still capturing essential location data.

Add Notes to Transaction Details & Customer Profile

Saved user permission settings

Paykickstart vendors using the sub-user options to create account for their employees currently must set each sub-users permission individually. Would you like to see an option to save user permissions for different roles to easily apply those permissions to multiple users? Tell us why this feature would help your business run more smoothly.

IF "Company Name" used, replace Customer name in UI/reports with company name

Some vendors use the platform for B2B sales rather than B2C. In these cases, we offer a "company name" field vendors can enable for their product checkouts. If a company name is used, some vendors would like to have the option to use this name in UI, exports, and Reports instead of individual customer names. Would this be useful for your business? List and filter transactions by "Company Name"

The ability for vendor and partners/sub-users to list and filter transactions based on "Company Name" if the related product uses this option.

📱 Mobile Checkout Improvement: PayPal AppSwitch

To create a smoother mobile buying experience, we are implementing PayPal AppSwitch. Now, when a customer on a mobile device selects PayPal at checkout, they will be automatically switched to their native PayPal app to securely approve the transaction. This seamless and familiar flow provides a more trusted and efficient checkout, specifically designed to reduce cart abandonment and increase your mobile sales.

We're adding support for PayPal Fastlane to provide a new express checkout option on your forms. This feature allows customers to complete purchases in a single click using their securely saved payment details from the vast PayPal network. By reducing friction and eliminating the need to manually enter card information, Fastlane is designed to significantly boost your conversion rates.

Control and edit Billing Portal emails

For vendors using the PayKickstart customer billing portal, the email that is sent to the customer to access the portal is currently an internal email that cannot be edited. This new feature update would allow vendors to edit the email notification for the customer billing portal like they can edit the other emails in their vendor account. Export Active Customers with Stripe ID and Company Name in Subscription Exports

I want to export all active customers including the name, email, stripe customer ID and the company name in a single CSV file. This is important for managing active subscriptions and customer data.

Blacklisting Capabilities for User Accounts

Allow the ability for a user to add an IP and/or email related to the customer to the Blacklist section, if the admin Vendor account allowed them the correct permissions.

Tax Inclusive Product Price: Include tax in the main price

Allow customers to customize auto top-up

If I understood the documentation correctly, there’s no way for user to disable auto top-up themselves. I’d like to build a feature that allows customer to set up auto-top setting themselves. I want my users to be able to: make one time purchase to buy in-app credits set up auto-top settings so purchases are made automatically when user is low on in-app credits. Right now the only solution I see is to have two separate products - one for auto top-up and one for manual purchases.

We have overhauled the standard system Thank You page with a modern, high-trust user interface. The new design features a cleaner layout, improved organization of billing and shipping details, and prominent, easy-to-access buttons for downloading invoices, accessing products, and retrieving license keys. This update is automatically applied to all funnels using the default setting.

GoHighLevel: Automatic Sub-Account Creation
