The exit-intent pop-up is a visually appealing modal that appears when a customer is about to leave the checkout page without completing their purchase.

Note:

Exit-intent pop-ups are only triggered on checkout pages.

The exit intent pop-up will appear if the visitor attempts to move away from the page and leave it.

Here’s an example of what an exit intent pop-up would look like on a checkout form:

By default, this feature is activated, but you can enable or disable it in the Product settings > Checkout tab.

You can also personalize the message and select a modal style that fits your brand.
