Handling Email Bounce and Complaint Rates

In order to maintain the maximum delivery rates of email notifications sent by the PayKickstart platform, certain limits related to acceptable email bounce and complaint rates exist.

If your account is identified to have higher rates than those bounce or complaint limits, you will be sent an email based on the severity of your email bounce/complaint rates where further action and recommendations will be listed.

NOTE: This affects ONLY the Paykickstart default email notification service and NOT a custom SMTP service provider, should you be using such an integration instead. To learn more about using a custom SMTP service provider click here.

Block Limit:
In case the bounce rate of your transactional emails is equal to or exceeds 5%, PayKickstart may limit your ability to send customer emails using the Paykickstart mail service, and you will be required to use your own email service for customer email notifications.
