In order to maintain the maximum delivery rates of email notifications sent by the PayKickstart platform, certain limits related to acceptable email bounce and complaint rates exist.
If your account is identified to have higher rates than those bounce or complaint limits, you will be sent an email based on the severity of your email bounce/complaint rates where further action and recommendations will be listed.
NOTE: This affects ONLY the Paykickstart default email notification service and NOT a custom SMTP service provider, should you be using such an integration instead. To learn more about using a custom SMTP service provider click here.
